Motlow basketball split its games Friday night at Chattanooga St. The Lady Bucks fell 64-59, missing a late 3pt that would have tied the score. The Bucks won 109-99 after leading by 20 in second half. On Saturday The Cleveland State Lady Cougars beat the Motlow Lady Bucks in Cleveland. The Tennessee Titans showed toughness after falling behind early, but six turnovers hindered their hopes for a comeback in a 24-10 loss to the Houston Texans Sunday at LP Field. First in girl’s action the Lady Falcons jumped to halftime lead and held off the Lady Raiders 54-46. Senior Alaina Lusk had a very good night for Coffee County scoring 17 points. Middle Tennessee State University and the Athletic Department will hold a press conference today. The MT Athletic Department will officially announce the Blue Raiders are moving to Conference USA from the Sun Belt.
