Last night (Nov. 29, 2012) in Fayetteville Coffee County basketball teams traveled to take on the Falcons of Lincoln County. First in girl’s action the Lady Falcons jumped to halftime lead and held off the Lady Raiders 54-46. Senior Alaina Lusk had a very good night for Coffee County scoring 17 points. Gateway Tire and Service Center Player of the Game Katie Reed had 8 points including two 3-pointers.
The Lady Raiders fall to 3-3 on the season.
After being tied at halftime 17-17 things slipped away from the Coffee County boys. Lincoln County controlled the 2nd half and picked up the 51-39 win.
Lucas Crismond led the Raiders with 17 points on the night earning him the player of the game.
The Raiders dropped to 2-4 for the year.
Coffee County travels to Franklin County this coming Tuesday.
