Hayden Pewitt drove in the winning run with a two-out, ninth-inning single and the Motlow Bucks advanced in the TCCAA/Region VII Tournament with a 7-6 win over Cleveland State at the Driver Baseball Complex on Saturday. The Bucks were down 6-3 going into the bottom of 9th and managed to score 4 times for the win. Coffee County Classic Friday was a big day for Coffee County Lady Raider Pitcher Brianna Jones. Brianna threw her 5th no-hitter of the season in the Coffee County 2-0 victory over Daniel Boone in the Coffee County Classic. She also struck out 10 batters.
