Three College Street Elementary 3rd graders finished in the top 3 spots on Sunday at the Kids Rock Nashville Race sponsored by the Middle Tennessee YMCA. Greenlee Woods finished in first place in her age group at 6:22. Jorga Waggoner was 2nd at 6:54 and Madison Pruitt crossed the line 3rd at 7:32. The race featured a one mile course covering the immediate area around LP Field and in the adjoining neighborhood. The event is part of a nationwide program open to kids in grades Kindergarten thru 7th grade and is held in conjunction with the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series.
