Westwood Soccer Battles to Scoreless Draw with St Andrew’s

The Westwood soccer team fought to a scoreless draw with St. Andrews-Sewanee on Thursday night in a conference match at Sewanee. Keeper Anna Coker had 5 saves in the match to preserve the shutout. The draw ends a 2 game winning streak for the Lady Rockets. Westwood’s record now stands at 3-3-1 on the season and 3-1-1 in conference play. The Lady Rockets are back at home on Wednesday as they close out the regular season against Liberty at 4:30. The conference tournament is set to begin on Tuesday, September 27th.
