The Westwood Rockets boy’s basketball team faced a very good Forrest middle team on Tuesday Night. The Rockets played well for four quarters and held the lead most of the game. The score got as close as two point in the final 3 minutes but the Rockets hit a late run and closed out the game with an 8 point win 36-28. Westwood was led by Stephen Sullivan with 18 points.
Will Pannell Head Coach of Westwood said “He is proud of the hustle and intensity the boys showed tonight. Even when things got close they played hard and played together for the win. The boys are doing a great job getting better each night. I am proud of the work we are doing”
The Rockets will face Cascade Monday at home.
