Rocket Boys Win Again

The Westwood boy’s basketball team traveled to Moore county Thursday night and left Lynchburg with a big victory 45-22. The Rockets came out strong and went up early and never looked back. The rockets were led by Stephen Sullivan with 15 points. Eight other Rockets added points to the total.
Coach Pannell said about his team; “I am very proud of the boys tonight. We played well, played strong and we took care of little things. This was a very good win and an end to a good week. I am proud to be 2-1 at the end of this week. The Duck River Valley conference is very tough on the boys side this year. We will need to continue to get better each day and work hard for wins.”
The Rockets have two home games next week. Tonight vs Liberty and tomorrow against Forrest.
