2nd Annual Middle School Soccer Tournament is This Weekend
The Coffee County Central High School soccer team and soccer booster club is hosting the 2nd annual Red Raider Invitational Soccer tournament beginning Friday here in Manchester. The tournament will feature 12 middle school boys teams this year, including Westwood Middle and Coffee County Middle. The games begin at 5 PM on Friday and all the games will be held at the Raider Soccer Field and at Carden-Jarrell Field. Nashville Sounds Open Season at Home on Thursday
The Nashville Sounds Baseball Club begins its 2016 season on Thursday, April 7 when they welcome the Oklahoma City Dodgers on Opening Day. Thursday’s 6:35 p.m. game is the start of a season-opening eight-game homestand at First Tennessee Park. Westwood Golf Opens Season with a Split at Fayetteville
An opening match round of 52 by Christopher Robinson was good enough to lift the Westwood Rocket golf team to a win in their first match of the season. The Rockets and Lady Rockets traveled to Fayetteville on Tuesday for each team’s first middle school match of the season.
