CCMS Soccer Drops Tullahoma

Coming off a strong 2nd half on Monday, the Coffee County Middle School soccer team traveled to Tullahoma on Tuesday for a conference match.  After spotting the Lady Cats an early goal, Coffee County roared back to capture the 3 to 2 win. CCMS Football Falls to Harris

Hosting their first conference game of the year, the Coffee County Middle School football team hosted Harris on Tuesday night at Carden-Jarrell Field.  The Red Raiders could not ground the Eagles as they fell by a final score of 34 to 6. Sounds Fall to Omaha on Tuesday Night

The Nashville Sounds trailed from start to finish en route to a 9-3 defeat at the hands of the Omaha Storm Chasers Tuesday night. The Sounds dropped to 64-70 on the season with the loss. The Sounds were unable to take advantage of five walks from Omaha starter, Christian Binford and left the bases loaded without plating a run in each of the first two innings. CHS Golf Gets Revenge Win over Cookeville

Both losses this season for the Coffee County Red Raider golf team have come at the hands of Cookeville.  On Monday, Coffee County hosted Cookeville in an 18 hole match at Willowbrook.  The Red Raiders exacted some revenge on the Cavaliers as they captured a 3 stroke win to improve to 22 and 2 on the year. CHS Volleyball Falls to White County

For the second time this year, the Lady Raider volleyball team faced off against a talented White County team.  Hosting the Warriorettes, the Lady Raiders were hoping to avenge an earlier season loss in Sparta.  The Lady Raiders could not gain the season split as they fell in 4 sets to White County by set scores of 18-25, 13-25, 25-21 and 20-25. CCMS Soccer Blasts North Franklin

After a scoreless first half, the Coffee County Middle School soccer team exploded for 5 goals in the second half, with 3 of them coming in a 5 minute period, to dump North Franklin on Monday night.  Coffee County captured the conference win in dominating fashion as 5 different Lady Raiders found the back of the net. CHS Cross Country Teams Compete at Smyrna on Saturday

The Coffee County CHS cross country team traveled to Smyrna on Saturday morning to compete in the annual Voyles Classic at Sharp Springs Park.  Facing off against runners from more than 80 middle Tennessee high schools, the Raider and Lady Raider harriers performed well.
