Both losses this season for the Coffee County Red Raider golf team have come at the hands of Cookeville.  On Monday, Coffee County hosted Cookeville in an 18 hole match at Willowbrook.  The Red Raiders exacted some revenge on the Cavaliers as they captured a 3 stroke win to improve to 22 and 2 on the year.

Coffee County was led by Austin Farris who had the low round of the day at 74.  Samuel Prater was 2 strokes back at 76.  Reid Lawrence scored a 91 and Matthew Hale and Josh Perry each fired identical rounds of 92 for the win.

Coffee County returns to Willowbrook on Wednesday when they host the Golden Classic.  A full slate of teams will be on hand for the 18 hole tournament.  The shotgun start is scheduled for 9 AM.
