The Nashville Predators recovered from a rough start to tie the game at 4-4 in the third period, but a controversial series of events delivered a late, third power-play goal for the Pittsburgh Penguins and a 6-4 win. Manchester Elementary Basketball Teams Open Motlow Tournament with Wins

A pair of Manchester elementary school basketball teams opened up play on Friday in the Motlow Elementary Shootout at Motlow’s Moore County campus.  The Lady Eagles of Westwood Elementary rolled to a 33 to 4 win over Tullahoma’s Bel-Aire Elementary.  The Cougars of College Street Elementary bounced Tullahoma’s Robert E.
