The Warren Co. Pioneers will be looking for a new head coach in the coming weeks. Scott Smith coached the Pioneers for only one season in 2014, resigned his position as head coach and accepted an offer to coach at Franklin Co. High School in Winchester.
Smith took over the Pioneer head coaching job January 10 this year coming from Moore Co. High School, where he compiled a 30-16 record in 4 seasons. He won a state title while at Ezell Harding in 2001.
