On Saturday the Lady Bucks led by as many as 20 points but saw Roane St roar back to take the TCCAA game 55-53. Lekera Taylor had a nice game for Motlow leading her team with 17.
The Motlow Bucks improved to 9-2 overall and 7-0 in conference play with an 81-59 win over the Roane St Raiders. The Bucks hit 12 3-pointers and had 10 different players score, led by DJ Jones with 17, Mike Tomlin with 12, Kerrell Davis had 11, and Perrin Burford 10.
Motlow will not play again until Jan. 9 when Snead St visits the Copperweld Arena.
