Middle School Golf Season Wraps Up Season

The Middle School golf season came to a close on Monday in the Conference Tournament hosted by Westwood and Coffee Middle and played at Willowbrook. In girls play, Harris Middle edged Westwood by 1 stroke to claim 2nd place with a score of 114. North Franklin won the girls tournament with a 109. Coffee Middle came in 4th carding a 126. Individually, Coffee Middle’s Jacque Crossland was the 2nd place finisher as she finished with a 45. Malia Stovall of North Franklin shot a 3 over 39 to win the girls division. Jordan Green and Maggie Partin came in 4th and 5th place respectively. Green shot a 52 and Partin ended with a round of 63.

In boys play, Tullahoma had 4 of the top 5 finishers beating Coffee County 174 to 204. Westwood finished 5th with a total of 226. Individually, Tullahoma’s Jacob Uehlein smoked the course with a 2 over 38 to win the individual trophy. Austin Farris of Coffee Middle finished in 4th place with a 45. Josh Perry finished the round with a 50 for Coffee Middle. Jacob Garms was low scorer for Westwood as he got around in 53 while the Rockets Austin Burch shot a 54.
