Tuesday afternoon in front of the student body at Coffee County High School the Lady Raiders took on Eagleville in volleyball. The very hard fought 5 set match went in Favor of Eagleville. Coffee County won sets one and four, 25-22 and 25-20. Eagleville picked up wins in sets two, three and five by scores of 25-16, 25-16 and 15-9 in the deciding 5th set.
Cursten Vaughn led the Lady Raiders in kills with 6. Cameron Davis and Maddie Taylor contributed 4 aces each. Brittany Williams continued her good play by supplying 13 assists.
The Lady Raiders are at home again Thursday night as they host a District 8-AAA matchup against Lawrence County beginning at 6pm.
