Cynthia A. Botts, age 58, of Tracy City, TN passed away September 10, 2012, quietly at her home after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Weymoth, MA. She was the daughter of John D. Wentworth and Mary E. Bisnaw Wentworth. She is survived by her loving husband Craig Botts of Tracy City, TN; four loving daughters Jennifer M. Spada Winn of Winchester, TN, Tammy L. Slagle of Stevenson, AL, Christine M. Slagle of FL, and Nicole E. Slagle of FL; sisters Carol Anderson of FL, Judy Hobbs of CA; brother John Wentworth of FL; six loving grandchildren. She served as an RN for 38 years, and was employed by Emerald Hodgson Hospital in Sewanee, TN, Coequina Center in Daytona Beach, FL, and Jordan Hospital in Plymouth, MA. She will be greatly missed by all that loved her. A Memorial Service will be held in her memory 6:00 P.M. Thursday, September 13, 2012 at Christ Church in Monteagle.
