Mrs. Frances L. Gilliam, age 86, of Tullahoma, passed away Thursday at Emeritus in Tullahoma.
She was born in Giles Co., TN to the late Joe and Carrie Buchanan Dean. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband, Buford Gilliam.
Mrs. Gilliam was a former store manager for Hancock Fabric’s, a former member of First Baptist Church in Tullahoma, a member of Woodmen of the World, a member of the Tullahoma Business Women’s Association and was an avid sewer.
She is survived by two sons, Terry (Pam) Gilliam of Normandy, Tom (Judy) Gilliam of Tullahoma, grandchildren, Carmen, John and Matt and great grandchild, Lydia.
Funeral services for Mrs. Gilliam will be conducted at 3:00 PM Sunday at Tullahoma Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation with the Gilliam family will be from 1:00 to 3:00 PM Sunday at Tullahoma Funeral Home.
