Mr. Johnny Levi Denby, age 81, of Tullahoma, passed away Friday, at Heritage Medical Center.
A native of Winchester, he was the son of the late Lee and Lucy Mae Mason Denby and was a City of Tullahoma employee. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife; Samantha Elizabeth Denby in 2010, two sons; David Wade Denby and Jerry Wayne Denby and two grandchildren; Jordan and Johnny Levi Denby III.
He is survived by six daughters; Barbara (James) Austell of Winchester, Nancy Bomar of Tullahoma, Dottie (Mike) Jean of Lynchburg, Frances Alexander of Lynchburg, Trisha Sawyer of Winchester, and Samantha Denby-Bland of Tullahoma, three sons; Bill (Stacey) Denby of Cowan, Johnny Levi (Rebecca) Denby of Tullahoma, Joe (Tisha) Denby of Tullahoma, 32 grandchildren, one step-grandchild, 40 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
Visitation with the family will be Sunday, from 5:00PM until 9:00PM at the Tullahoma Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 12:30PM in the chapel of Tullahoma Funeral Home with Bro. Cooley officiating.
Burial will follow in Hunt Cemetery in Estill Springs.
