Graveside services for Mr. Edward “Edd” Lee Medley, age 83, of Estill Springs, will be conducted at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at New Brick Church Cemetery with Bro. Keith Pedigo and Bro. Bill Williams officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Monday evening at Manchester Funeral Home. Mr. Edd passed away Saturday afternoon at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN.
Mr. Edd was born in Franklin County, TN, the son of the late Emmett and Isabelle Rust Medley. He was a custodian for the Coffee County Schools and a member of New Brick Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, Edd was also preceded in death by one son, Kevin Medley. He is survived by his loving wife, Margie Ruth Medley of Estill Springs; one son, Claude (Angela) Medley; one daughter, Vickie (Mike) Evans; one brother, Glenn (Francis) Medley; three sisters, Mavis Matlock, Marie (Bob) Winton, and Gertie (Bill) Floyd; two grandchildren, Jason (Lacy) Evans and Matthew (Kristy) Evans; and one great grandchild, Luke Evans.
