Mr. Robert G. Reid, age 63 of Tullahoma passed away Tuesday, October 28 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 1 at 2:30 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Tedder and Bro. David Wall officiating.
Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be Saturday from 12 Noon until service time.
A native of Tullahoma, he was the son of the late Thomas Jasper and Mary Lou O’Dare Reid.
He retired from Service Merchandise. He was an avid University of Alabama football fan. He enjoyed playing poker, reading and boating.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Anne Reid; a twin brother, Thomas Lynn Reid and a sister, Carolyn Bass.
He is survived by one son, Robert Jason Reid and his wife, Lisa of Hermitage; two daughters, Cerae Reid Cooper and her husband, Thomas of Mt. Juliet and Kimberly Woods and her husband, Matthew of Alpharetta, Ga; one sister, Marilyn Narkates of Tullahoma; seven grandchildren, Ryan, Ally and Joel Cooper, Logan, Olivia, Silas Reid and Whitney “Whit-Whit” Woods and several nieces, nephews, friends and other family members.
