On Friday August 15th at approximately 2:00am. Franklin County Sheriff’s Office personnel in conjunction with the Estill Springs Police Department conducted a search at 2335 Safehaven Circle Estill Springs, TN.

The search of the residence resulted in authorities discovering components consistently used in the production of methamphetamine as well as white powder, believed to be methamphetamine. Law enforcement officials also discovered drug paraphernalia and a substance believed to be marijuana. Arrested at the scene were: Timothy M. Tucker 19 years old of 2335 Safehaven Circle Estill Springs, TN. Allen W. Kelley 18 years old of 200 Shasteen St. Lot #4 Estill Springs, TN. and Jonathan D. Ferrara 38 years old of 131 Silver St. Tullahoma, TN.

All suspects were transported to the Franklin County Jail and are being held on a $100,000 bond and have an initial court appearance set for Monday September 22nd at 8:00am in Franklin County General Sessions Court.
