Manchester Police Asking For The Public’s Help

Manchester Police are investigating a fraud case that occurred at a local bank. Two suspects will try and confuse a bank teller into giving more money back to them in a transaction than is owed. One of the suspects will grab the money while the other person talks to the bank employee to keep them busy.

The pictures were taken from surveillance video at a local bank.
