Couple Arrested For Abandoment In Moore County

A Kentucky couple was arrested in Moore County recently on charges of being fugitives from justice.
Richard Joseph Driver, 65, and Michelle Pogue Driver, 64, who were living at 205 Main St. in Lynchburg, were arrested after the Moore County Sheriff’s Department was alerted by the U.S. Marshal’s Service.
The Driver’s were wanted in Kentucky for the charge of abandonment of a minor since 2010. They were booked into the Moore County jail.
