Juan L Ayala age 40 of Polk St, Manchester was the driver of a gold 4 door Acura that was northbound on Hwy 41 (Hillsboro Blvd). A Tullahoma woman and man are facing 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to exchanging sex with her teenage daughter for crack cocaine following their pleas in Coffee County Circuit Court Wednesday. Kimberly Michelle Breeden and Alvin Avery Overman entered the plea before Coffee County Circuit Court Judge Craig Johnson to seven counts of statutory rape by an authority figure and seven counts of incest each involving Breeden’s daughter in 2011 and 2012. Man Wanted In Alabama Caught In Franklin County
On Monday June 16th Franklin County Sheriff’s Office personnel apprehended a man wanted for armed robbery in Madison County, AL. A report filed by Investigator George Dyer stated that investigators received information as to the whereabouts of Quinn Wayne Lindsey (17 McDougal Rd. Fayetteville, TN.) earlier in the evening of June 16th. On Tuesday afternoon around 1:45pm a two-vehicle accident occurred in Manchester in front of Pizza Hut on the Hillsboro Blvd. Allegedly a passenger car pulled in front of a small SUV causing the male driver of the SUV to overcorrect and flip. Fire Training Going On In Manchester
Wednesday the Manchester Firemen were involved in survival course training exercises. After going through a few hours of class room work firemen were off to the survival course. Tennessee health officials are urging parents to start thinking about their children’s school immunizations now. Children in Tennessee who are enrolling in school for the first time and all students going into seventh grade are required to have a state immunization certificate before classes start. Many health care providers, including county health departments, have necessary immunizations available.
