On Monday June 16th Franklin County Sheriff’s Office personnel apprehended a man wanted for armed robbery in Madison County, AL. A report filed by Investigator George Dyer stated that investigators received information as to the whereabouts of Quinn Wayne Lindsey (17 McDougal Rd. Fayetteville, TN.) earlier in the evening of June 16th. Investigators were able to confirm that Lindsey was wanted in Alabama for armed robbery and were further able to make contact with Lindsey at 1071 Stewart Rd. in the Huntland, TN. Authorities placed him under arrest and were also successful in recovering a motorcycle allegedly stolen by Lindsey.
Lindsey is currently being held in the Franklin County Jail under no bond and faces extradition proceedings. Further information concerning this case will be released as necessary.
