Gabino “Beano” Medrano Jr.

Gabino “Beano” Medrano Jr. , of Estill Springs, passed this life on Wednesday, June 16 th , 2021 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System in Winchester at the age of 49. Mr. Medrano was born in Harvey, Illinois to the late Gabino Medrano, Sr. and June Armstrong Medrano who survives and worked during his life as a dry wall hanger. He is survived by his mother, June Medrano; three children, Gabino Medrano, III, Skylin Medrano, and Payton Medrano; three grandchildren, Xahvier, Krash, and Mali-khi; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 20 th , 2021 at Kilgore Funeral Home from 12:00-3:30pm with a graveside service to immediately follow at 4:00pm at New Center Grove Cemetery in Estill Springs with Byron Lawrence officiating. Louella Martin Pyle

Louella Martin Pyle of Tullahoma crossed over to her heavenly home on
Friday, June 18, 2021. The daughter of John and Ida Martin of the Turkey
Creek Community in Moore County. She was born on July 14, 1917. Wife of the
late Paul W. Pyle, she is preceded in homegoing by her sisters Mary, Docia
and Elizabeth. Louella is survived by her son, Wayne Pyle and her daughter
Susanne Pyle Enzfelder, six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and
five great great-grandchildren.

 An often-honored citizen of Tullahoma, Louella and her late husband Paul
created a successful photography business that served Middle Tennesseans
for over thirty years. Together they also crafted over 1,600 Appalachian
dulcimers. Both were involved in furthering the wellbeing of Tullahoma, and
Mrs. Pyle was a charter member of the Lady Lions, Rhyme Time Club, and
Tullahoma Historic Society. Above all, Louella was a devoted disciple of
the Lord Jesus Christ, and served faithfully all of her life. Most recently
in the Church of Christ at Cedar Lane, in Tullahoma.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 22, 2021 from four till seven at
Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home in Tullahoma. A Celebration of Life will be
held at 11:00 am Wednesday, June 23rd at the Church of Christ at Cedar
Lane.

Donations in honor of Mrs. Pyle’s life may be made to the missionary
support efforts of her church.

John Bryant

John Bryant of Christiania passed this life on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at
Quality Center for Rehabilitation at the age of 70. Funeral Services are
scheduled for Sunday, June 20, 2021 at 1 pm at Daves-Culbertson Funeral
Home with burial to follow at Brandon Family Cemetery. Family will receive
friends and family from 11 am until the service time.

John, a native of Tullahoma, was the son of James and Lorene Bryant. He
enjoyed watching the rodeo and old cowboy movies. He was a people person
and never met a stranger.

Mr. Bryant is survived by his wife, Jimmie Bryant; son, James Wade Bryant
(Mary Louise); daughter, Joni Lynn Wynn (Mike); brother, Gilbert “Mike”
Bryant (Rosemary); sisters, Jimmie Lee Eller, Villa Brock (Wade), Pam Huff
(David); six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Raymond Robert “Cob” Baker

Raymond Robert “Cob” Baker, age 70 of Manchester, was born on May 26, 1951, to the late Eldie Newton and Mary Elizabeth Brady Baker, in Manchester. He was a farmer and of the Methodist faith. He enjoyed fishing and “riding around”. 

In addition to his parents, “Cob” is preceded in death by one son-in-law, Charles Marshall. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Ruby Joyce Myers Baker; two daughters, Stephanie Davis and her husband, Gene, and Stacey Marshall; two grandchildren, Raymond Lee Baker and Zachery Marshall; brother, Danny Baker; sister, Carolyn Willaby; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. 

“Cob” passed away on Wednesday, June 16th at his home after an extended illness. A celebration of life will be held at a later date for “Cob” at the Deadman Park in Manchester. For information, please call Stephanie at 931-808-3452. If no answer, please leave a message.

Rita Ann McClelland

Rita Ann McClelland of Winchester passed this life on June 16, 2021 at
Vanderbilt Hospital at the age of 68. No services are planned at this time.

Rita was a native of Solana Beach, California. She enjoyed camping, being
outdoors and going to yard sales. She also enjoyed working on crafts and
spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, David McClelland; son, Harold Ray Burnett
II; daughters, Alice Marie Sumrall-Hillis (Jarod), Tammy Lynn Gray (Joel);
brothers, George Baxter (Debbie), Henry Baxter (Karen); sisters, Alice
Thomas, Margaret Kellett (Rick); ten grandchildren and seven
great-grandchildren.

Lorene Pearl Bratcher

Funeral services for Mrs. Lorene Pearl Bratcher, age 100, of Manchester, will be conducted at 3:00PM on Friday, June 18, 2021, at Coffee County Funeral Chapel.  Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 1:00PM until the time of service at the funeral home.  Mrs. Bratcher passed from this life on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at Manchester Healthcare.

Lorene was born in Coffee County, TN on December 10, 1920, the daughter of the late Mitch and Mae Floyd.  She worked as a seamstress for Genesco, and she was a member of Bell Springs United Methodist Church.  In addition to her parents, Lorene is also preceded in death by her loving husband, James Bratcher; son-in-law, Charles Henley; granddaughter, Renee Perry; great-grandson, Tyler Cruse; several siblings.  She is survived by her son, Kettrell Bratcher (Shirae); daughter, Ella Mae Henley; grandchildren, Lisa Morris (Chris) and Ricky Bratcher; great-grandchildren, Ashley Cruse, Nathan Morris, Nickolas Henley, Dallin Bratcher, and Skylar Bratcher.

David Morgan Frazier

David Morgan Frazier of Tullahoma passed this life on Wednesday, June 16,
2021 at his residence at the age of 67. Memorial services are to be held at
Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 12 noon. Family
will receive family and friends from 11 am until service time.

Mr. Frazier, a native of Tullahoma, Is the son of Jessie and Sylvia
Frazier. Mr. Frazier loved to bass fish, watch nascar and old television
shows.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa Frazier; son, David Dewayne Frazier
(Lori); daughters, Sonia Carlton (Tony), Christie Cathey (Jason);
step-daughter, Jeana Whaley (John), brothers, Ricky Frazier, Donnie Frazier
(Shannon); eleven grandchildren and twenty four great grandchildren.

Virginia Nell Mangrum Oxford

Virginia Nell Mangrum Oxford, of Tullahoma, passed this life on Tuesday, June 15 th , 2021 at Vanderbilt Tullahoma-Harton Hospital at the age of 97. Mrs. Oxford was born in Wartrace to the late Jim and Annie Jordan Mangrum. She loved participating in bingo and the bean auction at Morning Pointe, where she had happily lived for the last several years. She loved reading, coloring by numbers, playing games on her tablet and spending time with her friends at Morning Pointe. Mrs. Oxford was also a member of Wesley Heights United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 56, William Harold Oxford; one brother, Alton Mangrum; two sisters, Ruth Hudgens and Annerene Beckman. Mrs. Oxford is survived by her two children, Larry Oxford and his wife Debbie, and Lisa Riddle and her husband Norman; five grandchildren, Jessica Kelly, Jason Oxford, Jennifer Rogers, Heather Pickett, and Zac Solomon; eleven great-grandchildren, Jordan, Bubba, Haley, Will, Zoieh, Ethan, Emma, Olivia, Brantley, Wyatt and William; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 17 th , 2021 at Kilgore Funeral Home from 5:00-8:00pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 18 th , 2021 at 1:00pm in the Kilgore Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Shelbyville. Willadean Gilliam Bain

Mrs. Willadean Gilliam Bain, age 83, of Hillsboro, TN, passed from this life on Sunday, June 13, 2021, in Manchester, TN. Mrs. Bain was born in Pelham, TN to her late parents Wilson Gilliam and Lizzy Mae Cox Gilliam. She was a seamstress for a shirt company until her retirement. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, James Frank Bain, and granddaughter, Macey Danielle Sullivan. Mrs. Bain is survived by daughters, Sharon Ann Bain and Vickey (Danny) Sullivan; sisters, Linda (Ron) Hochhalter, Shirley Kim, and Norma Courtney; grandchildren, Tracey Cooper Smith (Caleb) and TJ (Ashleigh) Cooper; special niece Tresa Kim Cooper (Tony). Billy Lon Frame, Sr.

Mr. Billy Lon Frame, Sr., age 86, of Manchester,
TN, passed from this life on Sunday, June 13, 2021, in Manchester, TN.

Mr. Frame was born in Rutherford Co., TN, to his late parents Lonnie B.
Frame and Clayti Anderson Frame. Mr. Frame worked for many years in
Elkhart, IN, making mobile homes then moved to Tennessee with the Paramont
Company as a laborer. He loved anything to do with animals, especially
horses, and loved his ducks, geese, and his cat “Crooked Head”. Mr. Frame
was a good provider, a hard worker, and lived life to the fullest. In
addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughters, Janice Fay
Frame, Deborah Kay Frame, and Rosonua Murchison; brothers, Robbie Frame and
Dale Frame.

Mr. Frame is survived by his wife of 3 years, Robbie Marie Frame; son,
Billy Frame, Jr.; daughters, Lonnette (Lonnie) Dodge, Rebecca Ward, and
Brenda Horton; brother, Jewell Daniel Frame, I; sisters, Dean Jones and
Donna Smallwood; step-daughter, Sherry Littlefield; step-granddaughter,
Joel Littlefield; grandchildren, Vanessa, Chandia, Christy, Lonnie Jr.,
Randall Jr., Amanda Mae Winton, Tony Murchison, Billy Wayne Murchison,
Jordan Frame, Tabitha Horton, Samantha Horton, Brittany Horton, Sabrina
Horton; several great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, from 4:00pm until
8:00pm at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN. Funeral service will be
conducted on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at 2:00pm from the chapel of Central
Funeral Home with Danny Anderson and Buck Frasier officiating. Burial will
follow in Farrar Hill Cemetery in Manchester, TN.
