The Westwood Middle School baseball team traveled to Shelbyville on Friday to take on Liberty. The Rockets were held to 5 hits in an 8 to 1 loss.
Trevor Jesse had a pair of singles and scored the Rockets lone run to lead the Westwood offense. Timothy Henderson got the start on the hill and took the loss.
Westwood returns home on Monday to take on Fayetteville in a rain makeup from March. First pitch is set for 4:45 PM at Fred Deadman Park.
