Starting pitchers Roxanne Hillman (6-3) and Kayla Green (4-8) combined to allow only nine hits and one run as the Motlow Lady Bucks swept Gadsden State 3-0, 3-1 Thursday in a non-conference doubleheader played at the softball field in Moore County.
The Lady Bucks fell to Snead State 4-2 on Saturday.
In baseball on Saturday Josh Mann tossed a shutout as Motlow Bucks beat Chattanooga State 3-0 in game two Saturday in Chattanooga. The Tigers won game one 7-0.
