Brianna Jones struck out 15 batters to lift the Coffee County Lady Raiders to a 3-2 win over Shelbyville.
Jones racked up two RBIs with her 4th homer of the year in the first inning.
Shelbyville tied the game in the 6th at two runs each. In the bottom of the 7th Shelby Scrivnor singled and Taylor Barnes ripped a triple to right field to give the Lady Raiders the win. Barnes was named the Gateway Tire and Service Center player of the game.

Coffee County is now 8-0 in District 8-AAA play and 13-1 overall. They travel to Knoxville on Friday for tournament action. The first game is set for 7pm against Farragut and the Lady Raider play again at 8:30pm versus the host school Gibbs. On Saturday at 9:30am Coffee County plays Lenoir City and at 12:30pm they take on Grace.
