CHS golfer John Parriger
The Red Raider golf team completed their regular season with a matchup with crosstown rival Tullahoma on Thursday playing at Lakewood. The Raiders got a strong showing from their top 4 golfers, but it was not enough in a 152-160 loss to the Wildcats. The Red Raiders were led by John Parigger who shot a 37, while freshmen Austin Farris and Samuel Prater each fired a 40. Red Raider senior Hayden Proffitt added a 43 on the day. With the loss, the Red Raiders finished the regular season with a record of 45 and 24 and finished 2nd in District 8AAA. Up next will be the district tournament on Monday at Tullahoma’s Lakewood Country Club. Teams will tee off at 9:00 AM
