The Westwood Rockets and Lady Rockets concluded a 2 day team camp at Community on Tuesday in grand fashion. The Lady Rockets completed an undefeated camp as they swept Tueday’s 3 games to give them a perfect 6 & 0 record for the week. The Coffee County Cross Country team will will have its 2nd head coach in its 2nd year since its revival as Robert Harper was tabbed to lead the thinclads last week. A pair of unearned runs in the bottom of the 6th inning spoiled David Martin’s homecoming on Sunday afternoon as the CHS Red Raider baseball team dropped a 5 to 3 decision to the Pioneers. The loss, though disappointing, capped off a productive first weekend of the summer for the Red Raiders.
