A first half hat trick by Maddy Jones helped lift the CCMS Lady Raider soccer team to a 5 to 1 win over South Franklin on Thursday. Coming off a disappointing loss on Tuesday, the Lady Raiders were back to full strength in the bounce back win. The Oklahoma City Dodgers got home runs from O’Koyea Dickson and Jack Murphy in a series-tying 5-2 win over the Nashville Sounds Thursday night at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The homers backed a strong performance by Dodgers’ starter Logan Bawcom who limited the Sounds to one run on three hits in six innings. In what has become an annual tradition, the Coffee County Lady Raider volleyball team played host to Eagleville on Wednesday afternoon in front of the CHS student body.  Wednesday’s match also lived up to the tradition of a hard fought battle as each game went down to the wire.  In the end, the visiting Lady Eagles claimed a 3 set sweep over Coffee County with set scores of 19, 18 and 23.
