CCMS Basketball Sweeps East Tullahoma

Coffee County Middle School basketball teams gained a sweep at East Tullahoma on Monday night in CTC conference play. The Lady Raiders crushed the Lady Panthers 60 to 10. The Red Raiders exploded for 30 first half points in a 50 to 25 win. Lady Raiders held East to 3 field goals in the game in the dominating win. All 9 Lady Raiders that dressed out scored in the win as Coffee County was led in scoring by Bella Vinson who had 28 points. The Westwood Rockets and Lady Rockets traveled to Rutherford County on Monday night for a Duck River Valley Conference doubleheader with Eagleville. The Lady Rockets came up short in a 33 to 16 loss while the Rockets broke a 7 game losing streak in a 49 to 44 win. Predators Begin Home Stand with 3 to 1 Win over the Lightning

The Predators returned home Monday night to kick off their Thanksgiving week home stand to take on the Steven Stamkos-less Tampa Bay Lightning. Both the boys and girls Coffee County swim teams captured 3rd place team finishes on Thursday night as part of a meet at LaVergne. Additionally, several strong performances from the middle school swimmers highlighted a good night all around for Coffee County.
