Despite missing three starters and only dressing six players, the Coffee County Middle Lady Raiders reached the semi-finals of the Rockvale tournament Saturday before losing for the first time this season. The Lady Raiders lost to Ocoee Middle 36-31. CMS was led by Ella Arnold with 11 and Hayleigh Harris with 6. Both Central High School basketball teams picked up wins in preseason action Thursday afternoon. The Raider boys picked up a last second scrimmage and left with a 63-32 win over Grundy County. Four different Raiders got into double figures in the win. “Defensively we were solid with both our man and zone,” said Red Raider head coach Andrew Taylor.
