The Coffee County Middle Lady Raider basketball team completed the season sweep of Cannon County Thursday night. Coffee County went on the road and left Woodbury with a 49-25 win – playing all substitutes for the fourth quarter. It was the second win over Cannon County this week. Ella Arnold led the way with 16 points. Natalie Barnes scored 15 and Jaydee Nogodula 7 in the win. The win improves the Lady Raiders to 11-1 on the season. Coffee County Central High School will begin installation of its new jumbo video board in Joe Frank Patch Memorial Gymnasium this weekend. As a result, Elementary League Basketball games have been moved to Coffee Middle School, announced CHS Lady Raider head coach Joe Pat Cope. Coffee County dropped its 3rd straight game Tuesday, falling to a hot-shooting Walker Valley Mustang team 62-52 at Joe Frank Patch Memorial Gymnasium. The Red Raiders took off red hot to start the second half but could not keep the momentum or the intensity.
