Kicking off a brutal week of games, the Coffee County Central High volleyball team traveled to Fayetteville on Tuesday looking for revenge with Lincoln County.  Ten service errors and 15 hitting errors spelled doom as the Lady Raiders were dropped in straight sets.  Lincoln County won by set scores of 11-25, 19-25 and 9-25. Coffee County Soccer Falls to Lincoln County

Hosting district leading Lincoln County on Tuesday, the Coffee County CHS soccer team welcomed the Lady Falcons to the Raider Soccer Field.  After fighting to a draw down in Fayetteville earlier in the season, Coffee County dropped their first district match of the year at home 3 to 1. Hosting their final home game of the year, the Westwood volleyball team welcomed South Lincoln to the Joel Vinson Gym on Tuesday.  The Lady Rockets fell to the talented South Lincoln team in straight sets.  Westwood lost by set scores of 6-25 and 12-25. Coffee County Golf Wins Region Title, State Bound

For the 2nd straight year, the Coffee County Central High School golf team won the region tournament and punched their ticket to the 2018 TSSAA State Tournament.  Entering the region tournament as the District 8 champion, the Red Raiders were considered the pre-tournament favorite.  The Red Raiders clawed out a hard-fought victory over district rival Tullahoma by 2 strokes to advance to the state tournament for the second time in school history. With the Warren County Fair taking place in McMinnville, senior Andrew Mahaffey put his Coffee County football team on his back for a ride on Friday night.  The senior rushed 35 times for 303 yards as the Raiders returned to region play with a convincing win over the Pioneers.  Taking on their bitter rival, Coffee County ground out a 35 to 13 win.
