Continuing the longest stretch of road games of the season, the Lady Raider volleyball team visited Columbia on Thursday night.  After a slow start, Coffee County dropped their 6th straight match in 4 sets.  The Lady Raiders lost by set scores of: 7-25, 17-25, 25-21 and 28-30 Coffee County was led in kills by Keri Munn who had 11.  Munn also added 2 blocks, a dig and an ace.  Keelie Hillis led in blocks with 3 while adding 7 kills, 9 assists and 6 digs.  Kiya Ferrell led the team in digs with 15 and aces with 3.  Ferrell...

Coffee County Golfers Honored With All-District Awards

The magical season for Coffee County senior golfer Samuel Prater continued on Tuesday when he was honored with the District 8AAA Player of the Year award.  Joining Prater on the All-District team were fellow seniors Austin Farris, Josh Perry and Matthew Hale.  Additionally, Mike Ray was named the District 8AAA Coach of the Year for the boys teams. Traveling to McMinnville for their final road game of the year, the Coffee County Middle School football team took on Warren County.  A pair of touchdowns from Travis Martin was all Coffee County needed on the night to capture a 14 to 0 win. Westwood Middle Football Falls to MTCS

Celebrating Homecoming on Tuesday, the Westwood football team welcomed Middle Tennessee Christian to Dyer-Bouldin Field.  In a game you heard right here on Thunder Radio, a pair of 4th quarter touchdowns by the Cougars dropped the Rockets on homecoming.  Westwood lost by a final score of 22 to 8.
