The Coffee County CHS Red Raider basketball team opens up camp play on Thursday in Murfreesboro.  The Red Raiders will take part in the 2 Day Oakland Camp.  The varsity Red Raiders will play 3 games on Thursday and 3 more on Friday.  The JV team will play 2 games each day. The Coffee County Lady Raider basketball team closed out the 2 day Shelbyville team camp on Tuesday. The varsity team bounced back from 2 losses on Monday with a win. The JV and freshmen teams both won giving the Lady Raiders a sweep on the day. The Coffee County CHS baseball will host a skills clinic on Monday, June 17th and Tuesday, June 18th at Powers Field. The camp is open to ages 5 to 17 years of age. The camp will run from 9 AM to 12 noon each day.. A perfect round of 100, with a team win, on Saturday and a 2nd team win on Sunday paced the Coffee County Claybusters in the Scholastic Clay Target Program(SCTP) Region 2 Championships in Nashville.  Landon Meadows shot a perfect 100 out of 100 to outpace the 2nd place shooter by 2 targets.  To make the result even more phenomenal, it was his twin brother Logan Meadows who shot a 98 to finish in second place.
