The Coffee County Claybusters competed in the Tennessee Scholastic Clay Target Program (SCTP) State Championships on Thursday and Friday of last week. As is customary for the Claybusters, they returned home with a team state title. Additionally, the individual performances netted individual state championships for a trio of Claybusters. The Coffee County CHS cheerleaders traveled to Cookeville last week for the Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) summer camp at Tennessee Tech. The Raider cheer squad captured both team and individual awards in the 4 day camp. The Raider cheer team earned a superior ribbon for their performance each day of the camp.
