It appears that the Coffee Middle Football run of CTC dominance is over. After back to back seasons of rolling through conference play, the Raiders started the conference season 0-1 Tuesday night with a 44-7 loss at the hands of Harris Middle in Shelbyville – a game you heard live on Thunder Radio. Raiders golfers split in first home match of 2022
Coffee County Central High School golf teams split in their first home matches of the season Monday, Aug. 8 at WillowBrook Golf Course. The Raider boys lost to Shelbyville but beat Lincoln County. The top four Raider golfers carded a total of 368 on the day, led by Noah Costello’s 90. Jacob Holder finished at 91, Brady Daugherty 92 and Jackson Shemwell 95. Coffee County Central High School athletic director Brandon McWhorter has released ticketing information for the 2022-23 school year. Paper tickets will be available at the gate for following sports: Volleyball, soccer, basketball, wrestling, baseball, softball, tennis and swim.
