Division 1 started the day with a touchdown by Avery Hodges and the 2 point conversion from Hodges to Hayes Shemwell.  This was followed up by a touchdown run from Kayleb Morris with the extra point added by Davion Dycus. The Temple Baptist Christian School volleyball team welcomed Madison Baptist Academy to the E.C. Bailey Gym on Friday night.  The Lady Eagles, playing their first match in more than 2 weeks, were looking to keep their perfect record intact against the visitors from Alabama.  After taking a 2 to 1 lead, the Lady Eagles saw Madison roar back to win the match. The Coffee County JV volleyball team competed in a 12 team tournament in Watertown on Saturday.  The Lady Raiders finished 2 and 2 in pool play before dropping the first match in the elimination tournament bracket. A late Saint Louis FC goal foiled Nashville SC’s chance to climb to the top of the table. Nashville fell 1-0 in Fenton, Mo. on Saturday night. It is Nashville’s second 1-0 loss to Saint Louis FC in the 2019 USL Championship season.
