The Coffee County Lady Raiders soccer team is headed to the region tournament and will play for the District 6-AAA championship. Coffee County defeated Cookeville last night on the road 4-2. The Lady Raiders jumped to a 3-0 lead before Cookeville came back to cut it to one goal. Later in the match Coffee County would score one more to seal the win.
Katie Reed scored twice; Tasha Anderson and Anna Nickels had a goal each.
The district championship will be played Thursday night in McMinnville.
