Jones was tremendous in the circle last week for the Red Raiders, posting a 3-0 mark without allowing a run and surrendering just three hits in 18.2 inning of work last week. She threw a pair of one-hit shutouts and struck out 37 batters to just four walks. In a 3-0 victory over Tullahoma, Jones was masterful as she struck out 17, walked two and allowed just one hit. She followed that with a five-inning, 10-strikeout blanking of Warren County. The senior right-hander kicked off her week tossing 6.2 innings of one-hit scoreless ball with 10 strikeouts during a 2-0 triumph over Lawrence County. For the week, she held her opponents to a .050 batting average.
