Coffee County Soccer Opens Season with Shutout Win at Warren County

Hitting the road for their season opener, the Coffee County CHS soccer traveled to McMinnville on Monday night.  Talking on non-district rival Warren County, the Red Raiders got a pair of 2nd half goals to open the season with a 2 to 0 win.

After a scoreless first half, Felix Salinas broke the stalemate with an unassisted goal in the 52nd minute.  Drake Medina added an insurance goal in the 79th minute to give Coffee County the season opening win.

The Red Raiders will hit the road on Tuesday as they travel to Hamilton County to take on Ooltewah.  That match will get underway at 7 PM Eastern Time (6 Central) in Ooltewah.
