Reid Lawrence of CHS Wrstling
The Coffee County wrestling team finished off their pre-Christmas schedule on Tuesday night with a three way dual meet at Forrest. Coffee County fell to Forrest and Centennial in the dual matches. Reid Lawrence(170 pounds) and Owen Teague(152) got pinfall wins for the Raiders against Forrest. Rein Bozich(145) was also credited with a forfeit win in his match. The Raiders gave up 7 forfeit wins as they were blanked by Centennial.
The Raider grapplers are back in action on Saturday, January 7th when they travel to Stewarts Creek High School for the Redhawk Rampage Individual tournament. Coach Roger Barlow will be a guest on the Coffee Coaches Show on Saturday, December 31st. The Coffee Coaches Show is broadcast LIVE each Saturday morning(including Christmas Eve and News Year Eve) at 10 AM for the showroom of Al White Ford/Lincoln.
