CCMS soccer player Jenna Garretson
A 6 to 2 win over South Franklin helped lift the Coffee County Middle School Lady Raider soccer team to their second consecutive CTC regular season title on Tuesday night in Winchester. Five Lady Raiders found the back of the net in the contest as Coffee County raced out to a 4 to 0 lead at intermission. First half goals were scored by Jade Arnold, Journey Arnold, Julia Duncan and Jenna Garretson to give the Lady Raiders a commanding lead over the Lady Gators. Emilee Roberson and Duncan added 2nd half scores to lift the Lady Raider’s conference record to 5-0-1. Coffee County has 3 conference friendlies left on the schedule beginning with a match at Tullahoma on Thursday night. That match kicks off at 5 PM.
