Billie Faye Terrill

Mrs. Billie Faye Terrill, age 75 of Monteagle, Tennessee, passed away
Monday, February 15, 2021.

Born September 22, 1945 to the late Bill and Charline Thomas, “Billie Faye”
enjoyed meeting new people and being around people. In her spare time, she
enjoyed reading and will forever be remembered as a loving wife, mother and
grandmother.

Survivors include her husband of over fifty years, Billy Terrill; two sons,
Travis (Tammy) Terrill and Tyson Terrill; four grandchildren, Derek
Andrews, Trenton Terrill, Jordan Terrill and Joseph Hamby and two great
grandchildren, Asia Lawson and Isabelle Lawson.

Ottis Stacey, Jr

A celebration of life for Mr. Ottis Stacey, Jr, age 71, of Manchester will be conducted from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Coffee County Funeral Chapel.  Mr. Stacey passed from this life on Thursday, January 21, 2021, at Southern Tennessee Regional in Winchester, TN.

Ottis was born in Woodbury, TN on July 4, 1949, the son of Ottis and Violet Stacey.  He was an electrician who enjoyed building houses.  Ottis enjoyed trucks and shooting guns, but his favorite past time was having family gatherings.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother.

Ottis is preceded in death by his father, Ottis Stacey, Sr; sister, Linda Faye Sisk.  He is survived by his mother, Violet Stacey; beloved wife of 53 years, Ruth Stacey; three sons, Ottis Stacey III, John Paul Stacey, and Billy Joe Stacey; brother, Nickey Stacey; sister, Judy Cline; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Alva Jenkins Marshall

Alva Jenkins Marshall, age 77, of Manchester, TN passed away peacefully on
February 17, 2021. Born on December 9, 1943, he was the third child of
James Harry Marshall and Leah Beryl Jenkins Marshall of Vonore, TN. Al was
a graduate of Vonore High School in 1961, and he was a 1966 graduate of the
University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Physics degree. In
1979, he married Mary Jane Bloom Marshall of Huntsville, AL, with whom he
had one son.

Al spent the bulk of his career as a computer systems engineer, living and
working in Huntsville for several years upon his graduation from college.
He returned home to East Tennessee with his wife, Janie, in 1979 and worked
for Alcoa Corporation for a number of years. In 1986, Al moved to
Manchester and eventually settled in Tullahoma, TN, where he lived for
nearly 30 years, many of which he spent commuting to Huntsville for work.
He retired in 2007, and a few years ago he moved back to Manchester where
he was a resident at Extended Family Care.

Al enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. He loved Jeeps, having owned one
most of his life. He also enjoyed sports, primarily college football, and
spent many a Saturday grilling steaks and watching the Vols. The true love
of his life was his wife, Janie, and although their time together on Earth
was short, he carried her memory with him vibrantly.

Al is preceded in death by his parents, James Harry Marshall and Leah Beryl
Jenkins Marshall; his brothers, MAJ (Ret.) Dennis Sanford Marshall and
Frederick Ray Marshall; his sister, Judith Faye Marshall Bonafield; and his
wife, Mary Jane Bloom Marshall.

Al is survived by his son, Jordan Ray (Julie) Marshall of Nashville, TN;
his grandson, Miles Thomas Marshall; and his granddaughter, Molly Jane
Marshall.

Interment of ashes will occur at a later date in a columbarium in the
chapel of Sherwood Chapel and Memorial Gardens in Alcoa, TN. The family may
also hold a private memorial service at a later date.

Terry Doyle Jacobs

Funeral services for Mr. Terry Doyle Jacobs, age 61, of Manchester will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 1:00PM at Manchester Funeral Home with Roger Bar officiating. Burial to follow in Welker Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, February 22, 2021 from 4:00PM until 8:00PM at the funeral home. Mr. Jacobs passed from this life on Saturday, February 13, 2021. 

Terry was born in Manchester, TN on December 20, 1959, the son of the late Shubert and Elva Jacobs. Terry was self-employed and enjoyed doing many side jobs. Terrys favorite things were watching Tom Brady play football, watching nascar, and spending time with his family at the beach.  

In addition to his parents, Terry is preceded in death by four brothers, Leon Jacobs, Lynnie Jacobs, Earl Jacobs, and Larry Jacobs; one sister, Elaine Miller. He is survived by one son, Kyle Lowe; one daughter, Lauren Uselton (Brian); one brother, Eddie Jacobs, one sister, Gloria Higgins (Butch).

Aiden Chesley Cooper Ridner

Aiden Chesley Cooper Ridner of Manchester passed this life on Wednesday,
February 10, 2021 at the age of 2. Funeral Services are scheduled on
Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 1 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with
burial to follow at Hurricane Grove Cemetery.  The family will receive
friends on Monday, February 15 from 5 – 8 PM at the funeral home.

Aiden, the son of Samuel and Bethany Ridner of Manchester, was born in
Winchester on August 29, 2018.  In addition to his parents, he is survived
by brother, Braylen Ridner; grandparents, Samuel and Diane Ridner of
Manchester, Thomas and Candy Fairris of Mount Pleasant and Sherry Fairris
of Manchester; uncles, Michael Hopkins (Lyndsy) of Manchester, James
“Rusty” Ridner (Sarah) of Shelbyville and Steven Ridner (Misty) of
Lynchburg and aunts, Angela Gordon of Winchester, Breanna Fairris (fiancé,
Will Knight) of Manchester, Terri Lynn, Deire Hunter and Kristi Downey, all
of Mount Pleasant and Amy Bond (Jimmy) of Woodbury.

Aiden was preceded in death by grandmother, Martha Sprinkle.

Randall W. Williams

Randall W. Williams of Manchester passed this life on Thursday, February
11, 2021 at his residence at the age of 68. No services are scheduled.

A native of Coffee County, he was the son of the late Wesley and Mary
Simmons Williams.  He was a U S Air Force veteran and was employed by the
Tennessee Dept of Transportation.  He was a” jack of all trades” and
enjoyed working on cars and woodworking.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Rex
Williams.

Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Linda Williams; son, James Williams
and daughter, Sandy West (John), all of Manchester. In addition, he is
survived by brothers, Charles “Curley”, Albert and Clyde Williams, all of
Manchester; sisters, Helen Hill and Barbara Michael, both of Manchester;
Lois Cyree (Jimmy) of Winchester, Joyce Pateritsas of Georgia, Linda Cooley
(Buddy) of Pocahontas and Carolyn Tavner of Arkansas and granddaughter,
Karra Newman.

Bernice “Gail” Owens

Bernice “Gail” Owens, age 66, of Cowan, Tennessee passed away Thursday,
February 11, 2021.

Born in Harlan, Kentucky to the late Robert and Ruby Jane Moore on March
20, 1954, “Gail” devoted most of her life to her family. Of the Pentecostal
faith, she never met a stranger and enjoyed gardening especially growing
tomatoes. She loved going to yard sales and shopping at the Goodwill, not
just for herself but for others mostly. “Gail” will forever be remembered
as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be
missed dearly.

Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, W.P.
Cawood; one son, Eugene Owens; one grandchild, Mackenzie Bragg; six
brothers, Carlos Moore, Harry Moore, R.D. Moore, Leonard Moore, Jack Moore
and Jerry Moore; and one sister, Thelma Turner.

Survivors include her husband of twenty two years, Winston Owens; one son,
Lee Collins; three daughters, Patti (Jay) Bragg, Lora (Dakota) Bell and
Charline Butner; two brothers, Henry (Wanda) Moore and Ranal (Anne) Moore;
one sister, Jenny Moore; fourteen grandchildren, Justice, Abbi Gail, Kiona,
Cody, Camaron, Cayden, Kristen, Elijah, Teagen, Greyson, Deklyn, Easton,
T.J. and Mikey and eleven great grandchildren.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, no services are scheduled at this time,
however the family plans to hold a memorial service, to be announced, at a
later date.

Aaron Bennett

Aaron Bennett, age 87, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021 at his home
at Morning Point of Tullahoma.  Graveside Services are scheduled for
Sunday, February 21, 2021 at 2 PM at Bethany Cemetery.

A native of Tullahoma, he was the son of the late Archie and Lillie
Bennett.  Aaron was a veteran and POW of the Korean War and also served his
country in Vietnam. For his service he earned numerous awards including:
the Bronze Star Medal, Air Medal, Korean Service Medal, Combat Infantryman
Badge, United Nations Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Army
Commendation Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and the Republic of Vietnam
Campaign Medal. Mr. Bennett served over 20 years in the U S Army.

Aaron enjoyed making people smile. He loved country and gospel music and
would entertain people by singing.  He also enjoyed fishing, playing golf
and target shooting.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Julie
Swinford Bennett; daughter, Brenda Gail Bennett; son, Howard Anthony “Tony”
Bennett; brothers, Marlon, J.D. and Maurice and sisters, Birdie Mae, Irene,
Martha, Alvaree and Helen.

Mr. Bennett is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Shirley Payne Frazier

Shirley Payne Frazier, of Fayetteville, passed this life on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at the age of 67. No services are scheduled at this time.
Mrs. Frazier was born in Wheeling, Illinois to J.M. Payne and the late Lilly Sue Swinford Payne. She enjoyed being outdoors and cooking, but most of all, she loved to spend time with her family and making her house a home.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her sister, Jackie Taylor and granddaughter, Starr.

Amy Jewell Spears Vandagriff

Mrs. Amy Jewell Spears Vandagriff, age 92, of Manchester, TN, passed from this life Tuesday, February 9, 2021, in Manchester, TN.

Mrs. Vandagriff was born in Burkesville, KY, to her late parents Dewey
Spears and Pearl Branham Spears. She was a homemaker all her life. Mrs.
Vandagriff enjoyed cooking for anyone and everyone and loved taking care of
anyone she came into contact with. She loved everybody and was a caring,
loving soul. Mrs. Vandagriff loved her grandkids very much and always
preached to her family not to be quick to judge and treat everyone the
same. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by children,
Helen Freeze, Wade Vandagriff, Marco Barnes, Pearl Vandagriff;
grandchildren, Jeff and Jeremiah Vandagriff; siblings, Marge McMahan
Holmes, JW Spears, Alvin Spears, and Ruth Humphrey.

Mrs. Vandagriff is survived by sons, Dwight (Laura) Vandagriff, Derwin
(Debbie) Vandagriff, Wayne (Sheryl) Vandagriff; brother, Keith (Wanda)
Spears; sister, Barbara (Ruel) Melton; grandchildren, Jason and Amy Freeze,
Brock and Andrea Freeze, Kora (Justin) McIntosh, Jennifer (Neal) Simmons,
Lisa (Heath) Jacobs, Daniel (Alex) Vandagriff, Brandon Wilder, and Dustin
(Danielle) Barnes; 17 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Sunday, February 14, 2021, at 2:00pm at
Fredonia Cemetery in Manchester, TN, with Ralph Hart and Ray Marcom officiating.
