Addison Scott Bond

Addison Scott Bond of Tullahoma passed this life on Saturday, February 20,
2021 at the age of 34. Funeral services are scheduled on Thursday, February
25 at 11 AM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home with burial to follow at
Whitworth Cemetery in Christiana. The family will receive friends on
Wednesday, February 24, 2021 from 5 – 8 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home.

A native of Murfreesboro, he was the son of Keven Bond and Judith Morton
Burklew. Addison was a member of the Life Change Church in Tullahoma and
was a member of the Tullahoma Masonic Lodge. He enjoyed being outdoors,
hunting, fishing, riding 4-wheelers, swimming and boating.  He also was an
avid UT and Tampa Bay football fan and enjoyed traveling and spending time
with his family. Addison was an EMT and had been a Volunteer Fireman. He
enjoyed working in the healthcare field.

In addition to his parents, Keven Bond (Donna) of Summerfield, FL and
Judith Burklew (Tony) of Murfreesboro, he is survived by wife, Meredith
Bond of Tullahoma; daughter, Olivia Grace Bond; grandfather, James Morton
of Murfreesboro; brother, Alex Bond (Gretchen) of Melbourne, FL; sister,
Lea Tatham of Nashville; in-laws, RD and Kay Glasgow of Estill Springs and
brothers-in-law, Ronnie Glasgow of Unionville and Troy Utterback (Tara) of
Tullahoma.

Mr. Bond was preceded in death by grandparents, Leroy and Dorothy Bond and
Sylvia Morton and sister, Amy Tatham.

Willie Frances Shelton

Funeral services for Mrs. Willie Frances Shelton, age 87 of Manchester, will be conducted at 2:00PM on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at Manchester Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Welker Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Mrs. Shelton passed from this life on Thursday, February 18, 2021, at Manchester Healthcare in Manchester, TN.

Willie was born in Coffee County, TN, on December 31, 1933, the daughter of the late Robert and Bertha Carr. She worked at PCA before her retirement and was a member of New Union Church of Christ. Willie was a hard worker, and she was always fun to be around. She loved to tend to her gardens and watch her cattle. She was a friend to everyone.

In addition to her parents, Willie is also preceded in death by her husbands, J.C. Shores and Kendall Shelton; three brothers; three sisters. She is survived by her son, Jerry (Melinda) Shores; one brother, Millard Carr; two grandsons, Christopher (Meagan) Shores and Matthew (Nicole) Shores; two step-great-grandchildren, Macy and Kylie Brown; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Charles Ernest “Ernie” Parsons

Charles Ernest “Ernie” Parsons of Tullahoma passed this life on Sunday,
February 21, 2021 at his residence at the age of 60. Funeral service will
be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Daves-Culbertson Funeral
Home.  The family will receive friends from 12 – 1 p.m.

He was born in Biloxi, Mississippi to the late John and Jo Ann Parsons.  He
is remembered by his family as a loving dad, wonderful husband,
grandfather, and great grandfather.  Ernie loved his family and never met a
stranger.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded by sister, Patricia McArthur;
grandson, Austin Ferrell.

He is survived by wife, Nancy Parsons; daughters, Shannon Pilkington
(Matthew), Jessica Parsons (Nich Babb), Alexis Ferrell (Bobby); brother,
Richard Parsons (Ida); sister, Rebecca Leslie (Doug); grandchildren,
Brenton Carroll (Ashley), Mary-Lynn Carroll (Kenzie), Jordyn Pilkington,
Scott Pilkington (Joshlynne), Paige Campbell (Bobby), Bayleigh Hargrove,
Airra Parsons, Colton Parsons, Tyler Ferrell (Tayler), Brooklynn Ferrell,
Alyssia Ferrell, Ashton Ferrell; great grandchildren, Austin, Sawyer,
Harper, Baby Hank, Ash, Willow, Charlotte. Host of extra special family and

Thomas Wayne Boyd

Thomas Wayne Boyd of Tullahoma passed this life on Wednesday, February 17,
2021 at his residence at the age of 79. Funeral services are scheduled on
Friday, February 26 at 1 PM at Daves-Culbertson with burial to follow at
Bomar Cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 11 AM.

A native of Tullahoma, he was the son of the late Olive Evans.  He was a
truck driver and enjoyed traveling and seeing the country.  He also enjoyed
working on trucks.  Mr. Boyd had a big heart and would help anyone in need.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded by son, Johnny Wayne Boyd;
daughter, Carolyn Faye Boyd; brother, Ray Evans; sisters, Brenda Evans and
Linda Crowell and granddaughter, Amanda Boyd.

He is survived by son, Thomas W. Boyd Jr; grandchildren, Tabitha Vines
(Timmy), Kristina Boyd Reno (TJ) and Jessica Boyd and good friend, Candie
Price.

Sarah Hilda Eslick

Sarah Hilda Eslick 

Born February 6, 1929

A native of Moore County, daughter of the late Horace and Lavonia Sullenger Eslick. She was a member of County Line Church of Christ for eighty-one years.

She is preceded in death by her  sisters, Pauline Sanders, Sue Bain, Ann Pierce; Freda Dye; brothers, Jack Eslick, Milton Eslick.

She is survived by sisters Hazel Brazzell of Proctorville Ohio; brother, Harlan Eslick of Lynchburg; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Graveside Service will be held at Lois Cemetery on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 2 PM. The family will welcome friends for a visitation at Lynchburg Funeral Home from 12:30 PM until the time of service.

Delma Louise Gaither

Mrs. Delma Louise Gaither, age 85, of Manchester, TN passed from this life
on Friday, February 19, 2021, at NHC in Tullahoma, TN.

She was born November 13, 1935 in Muncie, Indiana.  Delma graduated from
Royerton High School, Royerton, Indiana, Class of ’53.  Mrs. Gaither began
working in the offices of Beckett Bronze Company.  She married Doyle “Buck”
Gaither, in the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W. O. Norris, July
15, 1961.  The young couple made their home in Muncie, Indiana until
returning to Tennessee in their retirement years.

Mrs. Gaither was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle “Buck” Gaither;
parents, Herbert Dillion and Cleo Norris Wagner; a brother and sister.  She
is survived by special friends, Dianne Swinford of New Market, AL, Carolyn
Swinford of Hazel Green, AL, Buster and Martha Dicus, Chuck and Martha
Taylor, her Church family at the Red Hill Church of Christ and many other
friends.

Delma was a quiet lady that was always anxious to help others.  She was a
daily Bible reader and had read through the Bible many times.  She was very
talented with crochet and other crafts.  She took art classes and painted
many landscape scenes.  She was a big fan of Indiana sports, both
basketball and football.

She inspired many by her life of patience and endurance.

Funeral services for Mrs. Gaither will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Tuesday,
February 23, 2021, at Manchester Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in
Hopewell Cemetery.  Gathering of friends will be held from 9:00 AM until
the time of services at the funeral home.

Wesley Leon Munsey

Wesley Leon Munsey of Tullahoma passed this life on Thursday, February 11,
2021 at his residence at the age of 66. Memorial Services will be scheduled
at a later time.

A native of Coffee County, he was the son of the late Robert Lawrence
Munsey and the late Jimmie Lee Dupis. He enjoyed fishing, working on cars
and kidding with family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Wilma Darlene
Munsey and sister, Patricia Saine.

Mr. Munsey is survived by daughters, Kayla Keele of Murfreesboro, Michelle
Tucker of Manchester and Juanita Brankin (Joel) of IL; brothers, Jeff
Robinson (Patricia), Bobby McBee (Darlene), Christopher Munsey and Johnny
Munsey (Sharon), all of Tullahoma; sisters, Deborah Steele (Sherman) of
Winchester and Flora May Rollins of Normandy and seven grandchildren.

Barbara Jean Grayson Curtiss

Mrs. Barbara Jean Grayson Curtiss, age 75, of Manchester, TN, passed from this life on Thursday, February 18, 2021, in Murfreesboro, TN.

Mrs. Curtiss was born in Whitwell, TN, to her late parents Walter Crawford
Grayson and Ada Mae Holloway Grayson. She was a homemaker all her life.
Mrs. Curtiss loved doing crossword puzzles and recently took up sewing and
hand embroidering as a hobby. She was much loved by her family and will be
deeply missed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her
husband, Fred Neal Curtiss; and son, Fred “Lucky” Neal Curtiss, Jr.

Mrs. Curtiss is survived by sons, Mike (Vicky) Curtiss, Guy Curtiss;
daughter, Patricia (Chris) Northcutt; brother, David (Darlene) Grayson;
sister, Geraldine Barber; grandchildren, Chris Curtiss, Lisa, Kaylah,
Ashley (Chris) Gibson, Robert Northcutt, Ethan Northcutt, Karissa (Greg)
Knost, Logan Curtiss, and Clifton Curtiss; several great grandchildren and
several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, February 20, 2021, from 4:00pm
until 8:00pm at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN. Funeral services
will be conducted on Sunday, February 21, 2021, at 11:00am in the chapel of
Central Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Hopkins officiating. Burial will

Shalonda Gallagher Meeks

Mrs. Shalonda Gallagher Meeks, 46, passed away unexpectedly Saturday February 13, 2021 at the Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She was born in Fort Oglethorphe, Georgia on October 7, 1974.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Dale Gallagher;
father-in-law, Norman Jr. “June Bug”  Meeks; aunt, Tressie Jo Gallagher
Kennedy; cousin, Shannon Magourik; grandparents, Benton Clay and Cleora
Wilson Gallagher.

She was a Testing Coordinator for Grundy County Schools and had worked in
education for the past 18 years touching many lives.

She is survived by her husband, Monte Meeks; son, Bryson Braden; daughters,
Karastin and Kyla Braden; step-son, Creed Meeks; step-daughter, Emilee
Meeks; mother, Karen Barnes Gallagher; brother, Dustin (Tava) Gallagher;
sister, Amanda (Jamie) Ruehling; grandchildren, Tristin, Lindley and Shayde
Nunley; nephews, Jaden and Jeter Ruehling; niece, Jalie Ruehing; nephew,
Devan (Akia) and Greyson Meeks, niece, Felicia (Blake) Rich; mother-in-law,
Carolyn Meeks; brothers-in-law, Michael (Jackie), Craig (Jennifer) and Cory
Meeks; uncles, Bobby (Shelia) and Kenny (Tammy) Gallagher and family;

Daniel Lewis Hunt

Funeral services for Mr. Daniel Lewis Hunt, age 80 of Manchester, will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 19, 2021, at Manchester Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Welker Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, February 18, 2021, at the funeral home. Mr. Hunt passed from this life surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, February 14, 2021, at his residence.

Dan was born on May 28, 1940 in Farmland, Indiana, the son of the late Hubert and Agnes Hunt. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp, a retired truck driver, and after retirement he worked part time at the Summitville Convenience Center. Dan loved to go bowling, work in his garden or in his yard, but most of all he loved spending time with his family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

In addition to his parents, Dan is also preceded in death by his six siblings, Mildred, Phylis, Pat Seadeek, Rose Brown, Kenneth Hunt, and Gilbert Dill. He is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Sandy Hunt; children, Penny (Willis Good) Wright, Janna (Kevin) Knott, Nanette Bell, and Daniel Hunt, Jr.; grandchildren, Miranda (Josh) Alexander, Ryan Lowery, Courtney (Tom) Johnson, Brittany (Jordan Caudill) Knott, Keshia Bell, and Corey Bell; great-grandchildren, Tate, Mason, and Silas Alexander, Trenton, Rylyn, and Jaxon Lowery, and Jayden, Triton, and Taitlyn Johnson.
