Bobbie Jo Morris Lowery
Mrs. Bobbie Jo Morris Lowery, age 65, of
Manchester, TN, passed from this life on Friday, March 5, 2021, in
Nashville, TN.
Mrs. Lowery was born in Manchester, TN, to her late parents Bobby Morris
and Clara Jo Finchum Bray. She was a homemaker all her life and loved and
cared very much for her grandchildren. Mrs. Lowery was a very selfless
person and always put other people before herself. She was a great cook and
a great friend who will be missed dearly. In addition to her parents, she
was preceded in death by a sister, Tina Marie Thomassen.
Mrs. Lowery is survived by her husband of 36 years, Johnny Lowery; son, Eli
(Ashley) Kidder; daughter, Lacey (Jason) Evans; sister, Pamela K.
Blumenthal; grandchildren, Emma Kidder, Kylie Phillips, Luke Evans, Libby
Evans, Baylen Sisk, and Brylee Sisk.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, from 10:00am until
12 noon at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN. Funeral services will be
conducted immediately following the visitation at 12 noon with Bro. John
Stephens officiating. Burial will follow in Bethany Cemetery near Normandy,
TN.

Jo Carolyn Limbaugh
Jo Carolyn Limbaugh of Lynchburg, TN went to be with her heavenly father March 4, 2021. She was born July 24, 1951 to Mary Francis Moore and the late Leon Sullenger.
Carolyn was married to her loving husband, Danny Ray Limbaugh, Sr. for 48 years. Together they have two children, Danny Ray Limbaugh, Jr. and Wendy (Ted) Pierce. They have seven grandchildren, Erica Limbaugh Coons, Courtney (Doran) Limbaugh, Rayel Pierce, Raven Limbaugh, Jacob Limbaugh, Daxton Limbaugh and Colin Pierce. They have two great grandchildren, Olivia Noble and Emmitt Coons.
Carolyn has five siblings, Billie Sullenger, Marsha Ebbecke (Thomas), Mike Mitchell, Christy Sullenger, and the late Joey Mitchell.
She was a loving wife, mother, nana, daughter, sister, and friend. Carolyn taught us all the true meaning of life was unconditional love. She enjoyed being with her family and doing anything with her grandbabies. She loved going to ballgames, played softball for many years, and was known as “Sure Shot”. She babysat children for many years, she loved every single one and they loved her. She took care of her family and nothing meant more to her. Carolyn will be missed by so many.
The family will receive friends from 11 am -1 pm Monday, March 8, 2021 at Lynchburg Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 1 pm in the chapel with Brother Roy Hopkins officiating. Interment will be in Beech Hill Cemetery.

Donnie Lavoyd Driver
Funeral services for Mr. Donnie Lavoyd Driver, age 72 of Manchester, will be conducted at 2:00PM on Sunday, March 7, 2021, at Coffee County Funeral Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Gray officiating. Burial will follow in Hurricane Grove Cemetery. Open viewing visitation will take place from 11:00AM until 12:00PM on Sunday at the funeral home. The family will then receive friends from 12:00PM until the time of the service. Mr. Driver passed from this life on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Donnie was born in Shelbyville, TN on December 18, 1948, the son of the late Ernest and Ophelia Driver. He was a member of Wartrace Baptist Church, and a dedicated Christian man who loved his family more than anything. Donnie enjoyed fishing, working, telling stories to anyone who would listen, and telling jokes. He was selfless and made friends wherever he went. Donnie was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.
In addition to his parents, Donnie is also preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Driver; sister, Susan Jacobs. He is survived by his loving wife, Reba Driver; sons, Travis Driver (Allyson), Dwayne Hodges, Mark Hodges, Chris Westenhaver, and Craig Frassrand; daughters, Mindy Brandon (JB) and Janna Knickerbocker (Jon); brother, Jerry Driver (Diane); sisters, Sara Reynolds (Turley), Sandra Cotton (Bobby), and Sybil Gilliam; grandchildren, Slater Brandon, Mallory Brandon, Chase Hodges, Dakota Hodges, Nathan Hodges, Paizley Hodges, Delainee Driver, Katherine Stuart, Daniel Knickerbocker, and Nicholas Frassrand.

John H. Campbell Jr.
John H. Campbell Jr. of Tullahoma passed this life on Tuesday, March 2,
2021 at his residence at the age of 69. No services are scheduled.
A native of Gallatin, he was the son of the late John H. and Golden Cleo
Woodard Campbell. He enjoyed restoring old cars, especially classic Ford
Mustangs and camping. He was also a talented woodworker. His favorite
times were spent with his family, especially his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Johnny Odell
Campbell; brothers, Willie and Charlie Campbell, Faye Lee Campbell; and sister Dorothy Cook.
Mr. Campbell is survived by his wife, Gayle Campbell of Tullahoma; son,
Keith Campbell (Tammy) of Tullahoma; brothers, William Campbell of Gallatin

Roy Orman Tate Jr.
Roy Orman Tate Jr., of Tullahoma, passed this life on Saturday, February 27th, 2021 at Unity Medical Center in Manchester at the age of 71. Mr. Tate was born in Chicago, Illinois to the late Roy and Mary Tate, Sr. and worked during his life as a Machinist at Cleveland Pneumatic and later B.F. Goodrich. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmy and Mark Tate. Mr. Tate is survived by his wife, Anita Tate; two daughters, Christine Ketchum and Vanessa Downey; two step-sons, Andrew Morse and Robert Walker; two brothers, Edward Tate and Dennis Tate; four sisters, Patty Caldwell, Sheila Munson, Nancy Matson, and Arlene Indoccio; and ten grandchildren. Helen J. Hazel
Helen J. Hazel of Murfreesboro passed this life on Saturday, February 27,
2021 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital at the age of 71. Funeral services
are scheduled on Friday, March 5, at 1 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home
with burial to follow at Coleman Cemetery. The family will receive friends
from 11 AM until the service time.
A native of Manchester, she was the daughter of the late Charles Herrel and
Betty June Brown Thomas. She enjoyed fishing, camping and going on pontoon
rides on Normandy and Tims Ford Lakes. She was also a great cook and
enjoyed dancing.
In addition to her parents, son, Jamie Daniel; daughter, Tammy Daniel and
brothers, Don, Jackie and Dale Thomas.
Mrs. Hazel is survived by husband, Charles Hazel of Murfreesboro; sons,

Mrs. Elsie Mae Floyd Teal, age 84, of Shelbyville,
TN, passed from this life on Saturday, February 27, 2021, in Tullahoma, TN.
Mrs. Teal was born in Wartrace, TN to her late parents, JT Floyd and Mary
Bell Duncan Floyd. She was a homemaker for all her life, loved to travel
and loved her grandchildren very much. In addition to her parents, she was
preceded in death by her husband, Grady Paul Teal; son, Sidney Teal;
brothers, Roston Floyd, Roy Floyd, and Chester Floyd.
Mrs. Teal is survived by her son, Robert (Penny) Teal; sister-in-law,
Golden Teal; grandchildren, Grady (Jesse) Teal, Brandon Teal, and Karen
Teal; great grandchildren, Aubre Teal and Grayson Teal.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, from 5:00pm until

Bertha Jane Banks Shelton
Funeral services for Mrs. Bertha Jane Banks Shelton, age 83 of Manchester,
will be conducted at 2 PM on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at Manchester
Funeral Home, with pastors, Mike Anderson and Danny Anderson, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Hurricane Grove cemetery. Visitation with the
family will be held on Tues, March 2, from 5 – 9 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Shelton passed from this life on Sunday, February 28, at her
daughter’s home in Hillsboro after an extended illness.
Mrs. Shelton was born on May 9, 1937, to the late Jimmie Lee and Claty Lee
Arnold Anderson in Manchester. She was a beautician for many years, and she
attended the Hurricane Grove Baptist church. She loved gardening, sewing,
and cross stitching, making many quilts for her family. She was a member of
the women’s club in the Noah community where they made their “potato
necklaces”. Mrs. Shelton was a natural caretaker, caring for her three
husbands before their passing.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Shelton is preceded in death by her first
husband, Joe R. Banks; second husband, General Lee Yates; third husband,
Aaron Shelton; brothers, Grady Elroy Anderson, Dillard (Jean) Anderson,
Jerry (Shirley) Anderson; sister, Reba McGriff; brother-in-law, Randall
Gilley. She is survived by her children, Dennis E. Banks and his wife,
Gail, Donna J Brown and her husband, Charlie, and George E. Banks and his
wife, Tracey; brothers, Don Anderson and his wife, Linda, and Jimmy Lynn
Anderson and his wife, Dianne; sisters, Anna Jean Freeze and her husband,
Doug, and Annell Gilley; 13 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren, and 6
great-great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Jodie McGriff sister-in-law,
Virginia Anderson; several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.

Harriett LaVerne Perkins
A celebration of life for Ms. Harriett LaVerne Perkins, age 54, of
Manchester will be conducted from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM on Sunday, February
28, 2021, at Coffee County Funeral Chapel. Ms. Perkins passed from this
life suddenly on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at her residence in
Manchester, TN.
Harriett was born in Chattanooga, TN on January 19, 1967, the daughter of
James Perkins. She grew up in Warren County and graduated from Warren
County High School. She was a God-fearing woman and a member of Lane
Street Church of Christ. Harriett was a hard worker who loved animals and
had a green thumb. She could make any house a home, and she was an
excellent cook. Harriett was a wonderful friend to many, and she was the
best mother in the world. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother,
grandmother, and sister.
Harriett is preceded in death by one brother, Todd McArthur Perkins. She
is survived by her loving husband of 16 years and lifelong best friend,
Grady Battles; sons, Ishmael James Lamin and Trevor Lynn McArthur Battles
and wife, Christina; daughters, Shawnda Rosay Danielle Wiley and husband,
Gregory Stephen, Jr. and Victoria Lynnette TreVay Battles; grandchildren,
Aliviyah Wiley, Gregory Wiley III, Elijah Wiley, and Niklaus Wiley; special
furbaby, Isaac Lewis Perkins; father, James Perkins.
Wilma Jean Shelton
Wilma Jean Shelton of Tullahoma passed this life on Friday, February 26,
2021 at the Manchester Health Care Center at the age of 84. Funeral
services are scheduled on Tuesday, March 2, at 2 PM at Daves-Culbertson
Funeral Home with burial to follow at Mt. Garner Cemetery. The family will
receive friends from 11 AM until the service time.
A native of Anderson, TN, she was the daughter of the late Albert Allen and
Sarah Singleton Stele. She was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church and
always enjoyed attending church and singing gospel songs. She collected
Cabbage Patch Dolls and would go to yard sales looking for treasures. She
also enjoyed working word search puzzles.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands, Billy
Payne and Don Shelton; sisters, Alma Leo Jordan, Doris June Wells and Peggy
Louise Graham and grandson, William Stephens.
Mrs. Shelton is survived by daughter, Patricia Sanders of Manchester;
brother, Charles Stele (Iris) of Estill Springs; grandson, Chris Stephens
and great grandchildren, Kenny and Shiane Stephens.
