11/10/14 —- Steve Young
Mr. Steve Young, age 53, of Tullahoma passed away Thursday at Life Care Center in Tullahoma.
He was born in Nashville, TN to the late Gerald R. and Dorothy Richard Young.
Mr. Young worked as a plumber for C & H Commercial Contractors. He loved to fish and was the most loving, honest, hard working man ever.
Funeral services for Mr. Young will be held at 2:00 PM Monday in the Tullahoma Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation with the family will be from 5:00 till 8:00 PM Sunday evening at Tullahoma Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife, Lorrie Young, daughter, Kayla Young, son, Jason (Melissa) McMillian, brother, Jim Young, sisters, Chrissy Vaughn, Terry Nutter, Sharon Young, Tammie Jernigan, grandchildren, Ayanna, Alex and Ally,

11/8/14 —– David Evans
David Evans, age 63 of Tullahoma passed away Friday, November 7, 2014 at Harton Regional Medical Center.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 2 PM at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens with Bro. Eddie Canady officiating.
Visitation with the family will be Saturday, November 8, 2014 from 12:00 to 1:30 PM at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home.
A native of Tullahoma, Mr. Evans was the son of the late Marion and Helen Huddleston Evans.
He operated a lawn service for many years. Mr. Evans was a member of Heritage Baptist Church. His favorite activity was spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Arthur Evans who passed away in 2011 and one son, John David Evans who passed away in 2013.
Mr. Evans is survived by one son, Chad Evans and his wife, Sabrina of Tullahoma; two brothers Leon Evans and his wife Barbara and Charles Evans and his wife, Carol, both of Tullahoma; three sisters, Carolyn Eason and her husband, Jimmy, Joan Dotson and her husband, Bob and Mary Jane Evans, all of Tullahoma; one grandchild, Jeffery Evans of Tullahoma and four step grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to his memorial fund at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home.
11/9/14 —- Frances Dean Lane
Frances Dean Lane, age 64 of Beech Grove, Tennessee, passed away on November 5, 2014 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.
She was a self employed Chair Maker who will be fondly remembered as a very loving and giving person to everyone.
Mrs. Lane was preceded in death by her father, Curtis Oliver Moore and brothers, Gilbert Moore and Charles Moore.
She is survived by her husband, William Harold Lane of Beech Grove; mother, Ruby Inez Burdette Moore of Beech Grove; sons, Timmy H. Lane (Angie) of Beech Grove and Donnie R. Lane (Tracie) of Beech Grove; sisters, Sarah Brown (Bill) of Beech Grove, Linda Gilley of McMinnville, Joyce Prater (Jerry) of Beech Grove and Pam Hill (Billy) of Hillsboro; brother, Randall Moore (Morrisa) of Manchester; grandchildren, Curtis Lane (Candice Lemon), Kara Lane (Trevor Carlton), Daniel Lane and Andrew Lane step-grandchildren, Chris Allen (Jennifer) and Justin Smotherman (Lara); great-grandchildren, Rebecca Lane and Alissa Lane; step-great-grandchildren, Summer Bates, Autumn Allen, Christofer Allen, Gracie Smotherman and Grady Smotherman; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Mr. Bruce Edward Rayfield, age 49, of Manchester, will be conducted Sunday, November 9, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Coffee County Funeral Chapel with Brother Ray Marcrom officiating.
Interment will follow at Forest Mill Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Saturday, November 8, 2014 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Rayfield passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2014 in Chattanooga, TN.
He was born May 14, 1965 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee the son of Mrs. Stella L. Rayfield and the late Everett S. Rayfield.
He graduated Coffee County Central High School in 1983 and began his lifelong career in the heating and cooling business. He was owner and operator of Rayfield’s Heating and Cooling in Manchester. In addition, in previous years, Bruce taught heating and cooling classes to students at Coffee County Central High School. He had a passion for the water, whether it be barefoot skiing on the lake or deep sea fishing while on a trip to the beach with his family. One of the most beloved family traditions over Christmas the past several years, has become taking the entire family to a special destination to enjoy true family time. Previous trips included Mexico, Jamaica, and the Bahamas. Bruce loved everyone and everyone loved him. He adored his family and will be missed forever in their hearts by all who knew him.
Survivors include his loving wife, Kinda Dykes Young-Rayfield, his five children, Taylor Rayfield, Kohl Young, Karson Young, Bella Rayfield and Livy Rayfield. Also surviving are his mother, Stella L. Rayfield, and sisters, Judy Spears and husband, Jimmy, Vickie Ham and Penny Stringer and husband, Kip and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
Those wishing to make memorial contributions in honor of Bruce may make those any library in the Coffee County School System towards books in honor of Bruce.

Funeral services for Mrs. Nancy W. Duke, age 75, of Manchester, will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Trinity Baptist Church in Manchester with Pastor Scott Parkison officiating.
Burial will follow in New Redden Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, November 7 at Manchester Funeral Home and from 9:00 AM until time of service on Saturday at the church.
Mrs. Duke passed away Wednesday morning at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Duke was born in Wilson County, TN, the daughter of the late Walter L. and Blanch Lowe Wrather.
Before retirement, Nancy was the secretary to the Superintendent of Schools for Coffee County Board of Education. After retirement, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and traveling with her husband. She was an active member of Trinity Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School for many years.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was also preceded in death by two brothers, Fred and Ralph Wrather; one sister-in-law, Francis Wrather; three brothers-in-law, Wendell Price, David Craighead, and Charles Todd
She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Melvin Duke of Manchester; four children, Jeff (Nancy) Duke of Murfreesboro, John (Joleana) Duke of Rockvale, Jill Taylor of Murfreesboro, and Jackie (Ron) Wright of Manchester; one sister-in-law, Sue Wrather; six brothers, Joseph “Billy” Wrather, Sam (Linda) Wrather, Larry (Donna) Wrather, Warren (Carol) Wrather, David (Linda) Wrather, and Bruce (Gail) Wrather; three sisters, Cora Ella Price, Dorothy Craighead, and Naomi Todd; eight grandchildren, Anna (Matt) Frye, Abby Duke, Austin Duke, Joel Duke, Jake Duke, Bryan Taylor, Kacey Wright, and Matthew Wright; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
11/8/14 — Shawn Donald Jennings
Memorial services for Mr. Shawn Donald Jennings, age 42 of Manchester, TN will be conducted Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Coffee County Funeral Chapel with Peter Ferguson officiating.
Internment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Shelbyville, TN.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 7, 2014 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home and also Saturday from 10:00 AM until time of services at 1:00 PM.
Mr. Jennings passed away Monday, November 3, 2014 at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro.
He was born December 3, 1971 in Melbourne, Florida. He is the son of Jerry Jennings of Freeport, Florida and Linda Jennings of Manchester.
Shawn graduated from Coffee County Central High School in 1990. He attended Motlow Community College and then Middle Tennessee State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Currently, he was employed with Rayfield’s Heating and Cooling in Manchester. Shawn was known by family and friends for his fun loving sense of humor and wit. He was a caring, loving person who never met a stranger. He was an avid outdoorsman, who loved fishing and hunting. More than anything, he loved his two children, Makenzie and Grayson and enjoyed spending time with them along with his beloved Maltipoo, Oreo. He will be forever missed by all who knew and loved him.
Shawn is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Margaret and Ira Browne and his paternal grandparents, Hayes and Mary Jennings.
Survivors include his loving mother, Linda Jennings of Manchester; his father, Jerry Jennings of Freeport, Florida; daughter, MaKenzie Faye Jennings of Greenville, TN and son, Grayson Tate Jennings also of Greenville, TN; a brother, Rick Jennings and wife, Lisa of Burlington, NC and a sister, Jena Cunningham and husband, Kevin of Shelbyville; five nieces and nephews and an Aunt, Mary Hayes of Shelbyville, TN.

11/16/14 — Robert “Jimmy” Eugene Clark
Mr. Robert “Jimmy” Eugene Clark, age 71, of Tullahoma, TN., passed away Sunday, November 2, 2014, at Harton Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Davidson County, TN., and was the son of the late Woodrow W. “Till” Clark and Irene Waters Clark.
He was retired from Avco where he worked as a supervisor. He loved fishing, was an avid out doorsman, a jack of all trades, and a very hard worker.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Sandra Kay Clark Brown.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Lynn Clark, one son Shane (Jennifer) Clark of Castalian Springs, TN., one granddaughter Shaniah Kendall Clark of Leipers Fork, TN., and a special nephew Adam Spears of Nashville, TN.
Visitation with the family will be Sunday, November 16, 2014 from 1 PM until 2 PM in the Chapel of Tullahoma Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Odessa Powers, age 100 of Manchester will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, November 4 at the Manchester Funeral Home Chapel with Josh Killen and Barry Phelps officiating.
Burial will follow in the Summitville Cemetery.
Visitation with Mrs. Power’s family will be from 4pm until 8pm Monday, November 3 at Manchester Funeral Home.
Mrs. Powers passed this life Sunday morning at the Manchester Healthcare Center.
Mrs. Odessa was born December 7, 1913 in Guntersville, Alabama the daughter of the late Curtis Elbert Bodine and Annie Johnson Bodine.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Summitville United Methodist Church. Mrs. Powers was also an honorary member of the Summitville Homemakers Club and was treasurer and Sunday School Teacher at the Summitville United Methodist Church for many years.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Powers was also preceded in death by her husband, Frank powers, Jr., by 3 brothers, William Tell Bodine, Clarence Bodine and Grady Bodine, by 2 sisters, Nova Jean Moon and Annette Madden, and by a grandchild, Laura Roberts.

Mr. Ed Weddington, age 77, of Tullahoma passed away Tuesday at his residence.
He was born in Springfield, MO to the late Farris and Margaret Vandeventor Weddington.
Mr. Weddington was retired from A.E.D.C. where he was an engineer and was a member of
Wesley Heights United Methodist Church.
He also enjoyed the outdoors, traveling and loved his family most of all.
